To the Obama Regime, some lives matter more than others….

Via BizPac Review:

If the family of a woman shot to death by an illegal alien in San Francisco woman is expecting to hear from the Obama administration about it, they’re going to be waiting a long time.

Top White House officials don’t even know her name.

At a Capitol Hill hearing Tuesday, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson was asked if anyone in the administration had reached out to the family of Kathryn Steinle, the woman killed by five-time-deported illegal alien Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez.

“To who?” Johnson replied.

When Rep. Steve Chabot, R-Ohio, explained who the Steinle family was, Johnson played dumb.

“I’m sorry, I don’t know the answer to that, sir,” he said….

Since Planned Parenthood is in the news, let’s recall Mr. J. Johnson’s family’s ties to it. His mother worked for PP. I don’t know what position(s), but I think likely high because her brother, Dr. Ken Edelin, was President of PP from 1989-1992. Dr. Edelin was involved in a landmark abortion case in the 1970s. He performed an abortion of a 24-week fetus shortly after Roe. He was initially convicted and then overturned by Mass. Supreme Court. A lot to the story, but interesting to me is that 2 critical items were; viability of fetus outside womb, and the pictures of the aborted fetus which swayed the jury to convict due to facial expression. http://www.nytimes.com/2013/12/31/us/kenneth-c-edelin-physician-at-center-of-landmark-abortion-case-dies-at-74.html?_r=0

I don’t have a sharp point here, but the callousness of Mr. Johnson’s play dumb response makes me wonder why/how can he do that and if his uncle would approve of serving the public in a callous manner.

This is a variation of the big lie–if you tell it loud enough and long enough people will believe it. In this case, you affix a dumb look to your face (unless you have a name like Jeh and already have a dumb look) and pretend you don’t know what the speaker is talking about.
