This tells you everything you need to know. Even more special? This Jeb aide who describes the citizen voter as an asylum inmate warns at the end that it’s Trump who poses a “danger to the republic.” Priceless.

Via Daily Caller.

A former aide on Jeb Bush’s failed presidential bid referred to Republican voters as “inmates” who have taken control of the “asylum,” in an interview released Monday.

Tim Miller is Bush’s former communications director and is currently an adviser to the anti-Trump group Our Principles PAC. He told Politico‘s Glenn Thrush that the Bush campaign had identified two main reasons why it wasn’t receiving support in the primary. “When we looked at our numbers, about three-quarters of the voters who did not support Jeb in the Republican primary [listed] their top reason was either 1) ‘dynasty’ or 2) ‘not angry enough,’” Miller said.

He added, “we were running the asylum for a while, and, like, the inmates have now taken over.”

In the interview Miller was adamant that the fight against Trump from conservatives will continue even if he wins the nomination.

He said that donors would be likely to support a “Fantasy Independent Candidate X.” Miller also said, “I think their money then moves towards the Senate and to the Save Paul Ryan campaign.”

Miller is a Republican and says he finds Hillary Clinton to be “loathsome.” Though despite this he says he would rather Clinton be president, the former Bush aide claims Trump is a “danger to the republic.”

These pissants would rather have Benghazi/FOIA Felon Clinton than Daddy Trump. Why? Because they are the Washington Cartel and desire nothing more than the Status Quo of Power.

They despise Cruz because he stands against everything they represent.

By the way Miller, everybody and their brother didn’t want a Third Bush, but you were too busy counting your money to care.

Ugh, as someone who is vehemently anti-Trump, it drives me crazy how the aide says Clinton would be better. The whole reason Trump is bad is because he basically is Hillary, and she is him, both in bed with each other.

Re Colorado Republican delegate process: Cruz won delegates fair & square, but why was process changed in Aug. 2015? As reported by Ben Smith, Buzzfeed (normally I look askance at his reporting but Twitchy retweeted him and I don’t see him misreporting the following as factual), in June 2012 at Bloomberg breakfast, Jeb talking in support of Mitt said that his considered 2 best Governors were Mitch Daniels, R-Ind., and John Hickenlooper, D-CO. Did GOPe look at the Colorado Democrat Senator recalls of 2013/2014 and see voters not aligned with political establishment such that it would be worrisome to give registered Republicans a direct vote for convention delegates? If so, talk about fear so deep that glorious victory is viewed as a loss that requires a response.
