No one I know is offended by Ted Cruz’s ‘NY values’ comment.
Anyway, I think Cruz was referring to liberal jerks.
Like Jeffrey Toobin.
On Thursday’s The Situation Room, CNN Legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin slammed Cruz’s comments about “New York values” as a “derogatory term” about Jews which amounted to nothing more than an “old-fashioned” “anti-semitic trope” from “a hundred years” ago….
TOOBIN: [H]e said New York values are about money and they’re about the media. That’s an anti-semitic trope from a hundred years. It’s been around a very long time. Everyone in the whole country understands what he was saying, and that’s a big problem once you get to New York, not just among Jewish voters, but among people who don’t appreciate those kinds of stereotypes. Trump is going to hammer away on it. Cruz can try to explain it away, but you can’t explain what you said when its meaning is obvious….
Toobin always has nice words for conservatives. After Antonin Scalia passed away, Toobin blasted the esteemed Supreme Court Justice as one who devoted his life to making America a “less fair, less tolerant and less admirable democracy.”

Geraldo tried to argue that Cruz was using this as code about Jews. But when everyone else think about it, they now think about De Blasio’s war on police, and the new laws letting letting people pee in public, etc. It’s a *liberal* system that has made NYC too expensive for the middle class and too dangerous for everyone.
