You nailed it Tammy Bruce. The sixth district of Georgia is comprised of upper middle class business professionals, wealthy, and many educated locals. My family and friends are from this district, I grew up in this district, and still maintain those connections in and around Fulton County. Many have been complaining of the non-stop propaganda ads which were annoying and, a signal to them of the out of touch socialist movement trying to gain a foot hold in Georgia politics. And, yes, they have been concerned about the rhetoric of the lame stream media, the against the grain Government control, and the so-called “compassion,” toward illegals. Many Georgians are also angry about the educational advantage of non-residents having spent quite of bit of money to acquire their own education. American citizens are being bypassed for educational loans and, even being looked over for enrollment in colleges in favor of people who are not from our country. But, the final straw is the attack on decent, law abiding citizens who want our country to continue to be a fair and great nation. The recent violence against Trump supporters, conservatives, etc. doesn’t set well for the constituency of a traditionally conservative South, the bible belt. Intrusive government isn’t going to fly in this state and, if it does, you are going to see an uprising the likes of which you only read about in history books. This area still enjoys “Gone With The Wind,” barbecue, fried chicken, biscuits, grits and homegrown tomatoes (and this includes all races and cultures in this area) The citizens of this district are smart and, you have underestimated their intelligence. Shooting the Republican minority whip was the last straw. Georgians know we are a nation of laws. So, nice try leftist libtards!!! Enjoy the next eight years!
