An amazing story of leadership and courage from two remarkable young men. Perhaps one of the changes we can make is requiring JROTC programs at all public high schools.

Two JROTC students from Stoneman Douglas High School describe how they protected classmates during the mass shooting Wednesday afternoon.
The shooter, Nikolas Cruz, was also a member of the school’s JROTC before being expelled last year.
I was enrolled in Naval ROTC for college and then Kent State happened. School canceled ROTC for incoming students. Years later it was welcomed back. ROTC at schools is a good idea.
