Speaking of Yemen; Republican Rep. Massie wanted to introduce a resolution in Sept. on getting out of Yemen per a vote under the War Powers Act. But Ryan attached to bill removing grey wolves from endangered list, an item that says the War Powers Act does not apply to Yemen. Ryan’s idea of leadership. Haven’t heard anything in major media or from Dems about War Powers Act being suspended. Btw, it was passed in 1973 with 2/3 vote of both House and Senate because Nixon had vetoed it. What UniParty?
