We all knew the Chuck and Nancy Show was going to be a display of Trump Derangement Syndrome, but could anyone have imagined just how amusingly awful it actually was?
It was difficult to pay attention to their rant; they looked stiff, uncomfortable, and wooden. And between Pelosi’s very odd eyes-wide-open stare, and Schumer’s angry face with one eyelid drooping, I was concerned that they may need medical attention.
And beyond the awkward optics, what did they offer as a rebuttal? No plan for border security, no plan for bipartisan cooperation in ending the shutdown, no sympathy for American citizens murdered by illegals. They offered nothing except rage over the 2016 election that did not go their way.

I keep hearing that illegal border crossings have gone down compared to the previous year so therefore illegal immigration isn’t a crisis. By that thinking, next year if the fires in California are fewer or smaller we won’t have to put them out.
