Last week, Liz Cheney schooled Ocasio-Cortez after she absurdly compared border detention centers with concentration camps, and little Sandy fired back, suggesting that Cheney had “co-opted the language of the oppressor” by using the term “extermination camps” (‘Sandy’ seems clearly ignorant of Elie Wiesel’s own reference to Auschwitz as an extermination camp.)

But now, the entire controversy is the fault of Liz Cheney and the “shrieking Republicans” ?

Ok, got it.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) hit back at Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) in the ongoing battle between the two lawmakers that was ignited after Ocasio-Cortez said last week that the detention centers holding undocumented immigrants were “concentration camps.”

“Reminder: the member who directly + explicitly compared concentration camps on our border to the Holocaust was *Liz Cheney.* The horrors of the Holocaust went beyond the use of concentration camps, yet camps were part of the process. They have also been used before and after,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted….

Later…Ocasio-Cortez called out “shrieking Republicans” for equating “concentration camps” and “death camps”

“And for the shrieking Republicans who don’t know the difference: concentration camps are not the same as death camps,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted. “Concentration camps are considered by experts as ‘the mass detention of civilians without trial.’ And that’s exactly what this administration is doing.”….
