Yes, if you are on the Keto diet, you are an irresponsible steward of the planet!

Not sure what that means, but it sounds terrible, and you should be ashamed of yourself…or something.

Add the ketogenic diet to the ever-growing list of monsters under the beds of those suffering from climate change hysteria. Apparently all of the bacon and butter we consume is going to KILL EARTH:

….The horror!

I have been doing the keto way of eating (we don’t call it a “diet”) for over a year and a half and have run into a variety of haters and naysayers. Until now, they have all been telling me that I’m killing myself. Now I’m killing my planet….

It really is becoming difficult to keep up with what is hastening the end of the world. To hear the hysteria mongers tell it, one’s first breath upon arising each day delivers a damaging blow to the planet and it just gets worse from there as the day goes on.

The conundrum as I see it that saving the world the way the climate crazies want me to could hasten my own demise….

Shifra, add my name to the list of earth killing monsters. My 1st yr keto anniversary was Aug 5th. These climate change, global warming/cooling Gestapos are the reason we can’t ever have nice things, or bacon, apparently. I’ll take my chances.

I took the 30 day Keto challenge. I lasted 10 days. A good Italian can’t last
long without pasta, bread & meatballs. I saved one cow and a small wheat field.
