If you want to serve Queen Hillary something, it better be Chardonnay, not legal papers for a $50M lawsuit.

Hillary Clinton has now twice snubbed a process server attempting to deliver the defamation lawsuit filed against her by Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, according to Gabbard’s attorney.

“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” the congresswoman’s attorney, Brian Dunne, told The Post. “But I guess here we are.”….

As usual, ol’ Hill is above the law, so she doesn’t need to accept little Tulsi’s legal papers.

Fits into Madam Secretary’s character. She has more money for legal costs than Representative Gabbard so she is making it more costly for Representative Gabbard to serve her and it also delays. Plus Madam Secretary is probably hoping for a Clinton Judge that won’t follow the law.

Needless to say, as long as Representative Gabbard can afford the legal costs, one way or another, Madam Secretary will eventually be legally served, even if by Judges authorization for service by publication.

In fact, maybe that is what Representative Gabbard should do to humiliate Madam Secretary. Publish the Subpoena & Complaint in many major newspapers! LOL

If your character is to not accept the result of a Presidential election along with belittling the Constitutional Electoral College, then not accepting a legal notice from a Deplorable process server on the behalf of a political non-elite, is entirely consistent.
