We did not win, but we are winning. Senator Lamar Alexander did not run away with this election, as most predicted he would. He was forced to buy the election, spending $7 million. He resorted to last minute robo-calls in which he falsely claimed his vote for Senate Bill 744 was a vote against amnesty. In spite of all of this, he could only capture 49.7% of the vote. The award for the tackiest campaign commercial goes to Mike Huckabee, who had nerve to lecture Tennesseans on being loyal to Alexander and threaten us by...

Gibson Settles Case With Feds, Creates ‘Gov’t Series’ Guitars With Seized Wood

We all remember the Obama gestapo raid on Gibson Guitar over a Lacey Act technicality regarding the import of exotic wood. Watchdog.org noted that Gibson’s CEO, Henry Juszkiewicz, donates to Republican candidates (just a coincidence, I’m sure), while competitor, Martin Guitar’s CEO donates heavily to Democrats. Martin Guitar uses the same wood, but was never visited by Federal agents. Another amazing coincidence! Gibson Guitar got most of its stolen wood back after paying a federal extortion fee of $300,000 and contributing $50,000 to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.
