Report From Mississippi: Haley Barbour Meets With Julian Castro On Amnesty
by dachiemama on August 13, 2014**Bumped up from TAM Wire. Posted by dachiemama** Former Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour, who, with his son, Henry, was behind all of the racist attacks on state Senator Chris McDaniel, is now collaborating with Julian Castro. A popular, two-term governor, Barbour provided leadership to the state after Hurricane Katrina, but at the end of his second term, he left many people in Mississippi with a bad taste in their mouths after he pardoned a number of convicted felons, one of whom killed his wife on a public street shortly after being released. McDaniel lost to Barbour-backed Thad Cochran in the Republican primary after the Barbours enlisted the help of Democrats in a runoff for the Senate race on June 24...

Video: Tammy — Cool and Smart on Fox. The Liberal? Not So Much
by Shifra on August 3, 2014On Saturday, Tammy appeared on America’s News HQ to discuss the border problem with Jehmu Greene. Tammy calmly discussed the issue. Jehmu, however, became unhinged. Via Right Scoop: SooperMexican — Liberal Jehmu Greene tries and fails to shout down Tammy Bruce in immigration debate on Fox (Major h/t to Sooper Mexican for the video. Follow him on Twitter: @SooperMexican and check out his website: Soopermexican.com) I swear if I have to hear another liberal cite the words from that stupid poem on the Statue of Liberty I’m going to punch a hole in my wall. That’s about the only “reasoning” that liberal Jehmu Greene brings to a debate with conservative Wonder Woman Tammy Bruce in this debate on Fox News...

State Dept. Spends Over $50G On Trucks For Border Patrol– In Albania
by Tammy on March 25, 2014I though for one second, is there an Albania, Texas or Albania, New Mexico, or Albania, Arizona? Of course not. This is for Albania, as in, well, Albania. Because that’s where our tax dollars should be spent. On border security for foreign country not even on our continent. And this on the same day Obama announces he’s really concerned about a nuke going off in New York. Well, maybe it wasn’t concern. Maybe it was excitement. I can never tell with him. Not that New York could use $50G for terrorism prevention. Nah… Via Fox News. The State Department purchased two Mitsubishi pick-ups for $50,000 to be used by the border police in Albania. The U.S. government has already bought...

Stopping Amnesty Is Up to You!
by Patricia on July 11, 2013Our corrupt politicians will lie to get elected and then do what they want if the price is right – typical examples are McCain and Rubio. We must contact our Representatives and tell them to vote ‘NO’ on the current immigration bill deemed “an earned path to citizenship” – code for amnesty. Is an “earned path” began by breaking the law? There is a March for Jobs in Washington, DC on July 15, 9:30 am starting at Freedom Plaza and marching to the Capitol to oppose amnesty. If any TAM is going to attend please let us know in comments. Speakers will include Allen West, Ted Cruz, Steve King… The following link allows you to find your House member...

Border Protection Nabs World’s Most Dangerous Pest
by Pat_S on August 25, 2011I marvel at the government’s diligence and tenacity in keeping things and people who don’t belong in the country from staying here. If necessary, Customs and Border Protection will examine every grain of rice coming into this country to stop the world’s most dangerous pest from entering. That would be the Khapra beetle, a tiny insect that can destroy crops. Customs inspectors in Baltimore keep pests out The sweet aroma of rice fills the air as David Ng steps forward in a Southeast Baltimore warehouse to inspect a shipment of hundreds of sacks of imported basmati rice. He folds back the stitched seams of the 40-pound burlap sacks holding grain that have traveled halfway around the world to Baltimore’s Seagirt...

Iraqi “Social Club” & Mexican Drug Cartel Alliance Exposed, 60 Arrested
by Tammy on August 19, 2011This is a social club like the Italian mafia is a “social club.” Guns, bombs and drugs all part of the scheme. Obviously, another example of how we don’t need that border wall. These arrests simply confirm what we’ve been seeing for yours–alliances between Mexican and Middle Eastern gangs. Hamas, Hezbollah and al-Qaida have been running the drug scene in central America for years, and Middle Eastern “Other Than Mexicans” have been been using the open southern border to sneak into this country, with the aid of Mexican drug cartels, certainly since 9/11. This is a nation wide problem, so keep in mind these arrests were in one city in Southern California and are the tip of the iceberg. When...

AZ Citizens Speak Out Against Obama’s Immigration Remarks
by Artgal on May 18, 2011*For those wishing to contribute to Arizona’s new border fence project, please go to www.keepazsafe.com. On May 8, a fire broke out in Arizona’s Chiricahua Mountains which are located about 130 miles southeast of Tucson. The range is about 50 miles north of the U.S. – Mexico border and surrounded by ranches. It is a quiet, beautiful area featuring campgrounds, country stores, breathtaking scenery complete with a bird watcher’s paradise and hiking trails into mountains that peak around 10,000 feet. For such a seemingly peaceful, vast area, it is also plagued by human and drug trafficking, and it appears the latest fire has been started by those entering this country illegally. A wildfire was started by illegals in the same mountain range this time last year. A little ironic…dontcha think?...

Game On! Arizona Taking SB1070 to High Court
by Artgal on May 10, 2011Gov. Brewer on Greta 5/9/2011 On Sunday, Gov. Brewer noted on Facebook that she had an important announcement regarding SB1070 to release the following day. Once again, Gov. Brewer has made Arizona proud! Though Gov. Brewer made some good, surprising, confusing and disappointing decisions in the last legislative session, in no way should support for her be abandoned. I do not see her as a RINO; I see her as thoughtful and open to hearing what the state house does with the bills in the next session. Besides, some of her glowing achievements this session were installing a state militia and making it possible to build our own dang fence. So thank you, Gov. Brewer, for taking the fight directly to the Supreme Court. As...

Border Security Games
by Pat_S on April 30, 2011Unlike the $1.99 Smuggle Truck game rejected by Apple, Sandia is being paid over a million dollars for a border security “game”. This innovative video game technology supposedly will aid decision making for allocation of border security resources. The last high tech approach to border security was a billion dollar flop. U.S. Border Patrol is Using Video Games Technology to Help Keep Border Safe After spending $1 billion on a virtual border fence that it does not plan to complete, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is investing another $1.6 million to test video game technology to help improve its decisions on where to spend its border security funds. Now, with funding from the DHS, Customs and Border Protection...

Milwaukee’s Cuckoo Nest
by Pat_S on June 26, 2010A post by Pat You’ve most likely heard about Milwaukee County Board member Peggy West’s remarks that Arizona isn’t on the border so what’s with that SB 1070. She said Arizona was “a ways away from the border” and then said there must already be troops on the Arizona border because she googled and saw Gov. Brewer talking to the President. It’s reported that West later clarified her remarks. Heh heh of course she knows Arizona is on the border it’s just that the Arizona border isn’t as long as the Texas border. So did she mean Arizona was a ways away from the eastern border of Texas? County Board Delays Vote on Arizona Boycott “I did get a passing...

Fabulous New Border Ad By Jan Brewer
by Tammy on June 26, 2010Very impressive. I’m thrilled so many women are leading the charge these days. Governor Brewer discusses what we talked about on Tammy Radio a couple of weeks ago–how a big section of Arizona is now deemed No Man’s Land due to drug smuggling and the cartels. Brewer let’s Obama have it.

Arizona: Boycott the Boycotters?
by Chris on May 16, 2010A (first ever) post by Chris **Tammy Note: Woo hoo! Welcome to the blogging part of the United States of Tammy Chris!!** In response to California’s kneejerk reaction to Arizona’s immigration law SB1070, some Arizonans are having their say, too. Some in Arizona canceling trips to S.D. San Diego tourism leaders and hoteliers fear they could lose a sizable chunk of business this summer from valued “Zonies” who are so angered by elected leaders’ recent censure of Arizona for its illegal-immigration law that they’re mounting an informal boycott of their own. The San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau and several hotels report receiving e-mails and letters from Arizona visitors saying they intend to change their plans to travel here in...

Everything You Need to Know About SB1070 And More
by Pat_S on April 30, 2010A post by Pat The issue of illegal immigration and the essence of SB1070 are summed up in under 4 minutes by a lovely lady in Tucson. It isn’t about race, it’s about law. We proudly welcome Gabriella and all immigrants who honor the law and desire to be an integrated part of the American fabric. I love it that Gabriella passed out copies of SB1070* for members of the City Council to read. A brilliant coup de grace. (H/T ArtGal) * Tweaks recently added. See previous post.

Michelle Obama Says Mexico Is Safe
by Tammy on April 15, 2010I think the six people shot to death yesterday in Acapulco (not exactly the Northern Border area) might disagree. But I suppose it is “safe” when you’re the First Lady and have the protection of the Secret Service. And isn’t that all that really matters? Bullsh in, bullsh out. First Lady Says Mexico Still Safe for Travel On a visit to Mexico, first lady Michelle Obama said today that in despite recent drug-related violence along the U.S. border, Mexico is still a safe country for Americans to travel with their families and said she hopes to bring her daughters south of the border for a visit. Deadly street shootout strikes fear in Acapulco In the Mexican resort city, gunmen fire...
