Polish Company Slammed for Selling… Hitler Socks
by Shifra on February 28, 2018Maybe this is not just a case of a poor marketing idea, given the recent tension between Poland and Israel over Poland’s new “Holocaust Law,” forbidding any reference to Auschwitz and the other death camps in Poland as “Polish.” And Poland’s PM has come out with the preposterous claim that Jews were also perpetrators of the Holocaust. The socks have been renamed “Patrick” after a complaint from the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. But I am thinking of getting a few pair, to send to Joy Behar, Ana Navarro and other idiots Libs who call POTUS and his supporters “Nazis.” Via NY Post. A Polish company is under fire for trying to sell socks that look like Adolf Hitler. The questionable...

Prince William and Kate Visit Site of Concentration Camp, Meet With Survivors
by Shifra on July 19, 2017A very meaningful and touching gesture from the Duke and Duchess. Via Jewish Chronicle. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Stutthof concentration camp in Poland…where they met Holocaust survivors. As many as 110,000 Jews were imprisoned in Stutthof, east of Gdansk, before the camp was liberated by the Allied Forces in May 1945. The visit was part of the royal couple’s five-day tour of Germany and Poland. The Holocaust Educational Trust (HET) arranged for the Duke and Duchess to meet Manfred Goldberg and Zigi Shipper, both 87, who recounted the ordeal of life in Stutthof, where they were both imprisoned. Both men settled in north London after the war, and regularly visit schools across the UK to share...

NYU Official Compares College ‘Snowflakes’ to Holocaust Survivors
by Shifra on April 26, 2017Wait, there’s more: This Yale Ph.D (not kidding) also compares Dr. Ben Carson to a Holocaust Denier, because he says transgender people are really “men and women in disguise” – which means Carson does not treat them as “fully human.” Via College Fix. Freedom of speech must take a backseat to freedom from offense because the Holocaust happened. That’s the nutshell argument by a New York University vice provost in favor of universities blocking students and faculty from inviting controversial speakers. Ulrich Baer, who oversees faculty, arts, humanities and diversity at the elite Manhattan college, writes in The New York Times that “personal experience and testimony” can be more important than “the primacy of argument,” as evidenced by the testimony...

Israelis across the country paused for two minutes Monday morning in memory of the six million Jews who were murdered in Europe under Nazi rule as a siren pierced the clear blue sky in an annual marking of Holocaust Remembrance Day…. White House Press Secretary Spicer Apologizes After Causing Uproar w Hitler Gaffe
by Tammy on April 11, 2017Ugh. For a man who the press will make things up about to attack, it’s a disaster to make such a remarkably stupid comment, and on top of it all, on Passover! This is the big league, and if you actually think about making a Hitler comparison, please get it right. At this point, I’d say getting another press secretary is not a bad idea. Via NBC. White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer apologized Tuesday evening after causing a firestorm for saying that Adolf Hitler “didn’t even sink to using chemical weapons” against his own people like Syrian strongman Bashar Al-Assad. Spicer, speaking from the White House podium at the daily press briefing, said that Hitler, whom he called “despicable,”...

Survivors Visit Auschwitz on International Holocaust Remembrance Day
by Shifra on January 27, 2017Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day. In honor of the millions of souls who were murdered, all the Trump-hating Dems need to stop comparing President Trump with Hitler; the “comparisons” are vile and disgusting, and trivialize the horror of all that happened during WWII. Via NY Post. Dozens of Auschwitz survivors placed wreaths and flowers Friday at the infamous execution wall of the former German death camp, paying homage to the victims of Adolf Hitler’s regime exactly 72 years after the camp’s liberation. January 27, the anniversary of the day that the Soviet army liberated the camp in German-occupied Poland in 1945, is recognized as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Commemorative events also were being held across Europe and Israel…. Elderly...

Russian Holocaust Ice-Skating Routine Sparks Outrage
by Shifra on November 28, 2016The idea of a Holocaust-themed ice-skating routine is historically inaccurate. There was probably no ice-skating rink at Auschwitz. Just a hunch. Via NY Post. Tatyana Navka, the wife of Vladimir Putin's powerful spokesman, did a holocaust themed skating performance tonight in Russia. pic.twitter.com/XxVRn6GeIV — Yashar (@yashar) November 27, 2016 The wife of Vladimir Putin’s top spokesman has sparked international outrage over a Holocaust-inspired ice-skating routine in which she donned a death-camp uniform and mimed shooting her partner for a cheering audience. Competitive skater Tatyana Navka and her partner, Andrew Burkovsjy, glided across the ice grinning in black-and-white striped pajamas emblazoned with the Star of David and death-camp serial numbers, according to the Daily Mail. The duo performed the questionable piece...

Moonbat Meltdowns: Trump Win Compared To…. “Nazi Germany”
by Shifra on November 18, 2016Rob Reiner’s character on the 1970’s hit TV show All In The Family was nicknamed “Meathead.” Seems like it is still a very good name for him. His comments comparing Donald Trump to “Jewish policemen in the Warsaw ghetto” are repulsive, ignorant and extremely offensive. HT NewsBusters. But not to be outdone in the “crazy department,” ObamaCare numbers cruncher Charles Gaba posted a very disturbing clip from Schindler’s List on his blog. Via NewsBusters. There have been many liberal mental meltdowns since Donald Trump’s election last week but few of them have approached the epic proportions of ObamaCare numbers cruncher Charles Gaba…. His quick plunge into the completely unhinged began early on the first morning of the Trumpocalypse and culminated...

by Shifra on September 15, 2016An amazing story of courage and faith in the face of unspeakable horrors. Via Fox News. A Holocaust heroine’s last will and testament has been unearthed in church archives in Scotland, offering a glimpse into the incredible life of Jane Haining, who died in Auschwitz in 1944. The handwritten will and previously unpublished photographs were recently found in a box in the Church of Scotland World Mission Council’s archives in Edinburgh. Haining, a Christian missionary who spoke fluent German and Hungarian, moved to Budapest from her native Scotland in 1932 to work as matron at a church-run school that provided safe haven to Jewish schoolgirls, many of whom were orphans. Advised to return home during World War II, she remained...

On Holocaust Remembrance Day: Holocaust Photo For The Ages
by bamconola on May 5, 2016**Bumped Up From TAMWire. Posted By Bamconola** Survival, hope and love have the last words against evil. When so much sadness seems to win the day, this article affirms life. Via Today. Jessica Glatt should not, by all accounts, be here. For her to be born, both her grandfather and her grandmother had to survive the Holocaust — they miraculously did, by mere chance and fate. The fact that they went on to live long enough to see the birth of their great granddaughter, Glatt’s oldest child, Harli, was so significant that the family decided to commemorate their meeting with a picture of then 3-month-old Harli holding her great grandfather’s arm, his concentration camp tattoo still etched in his skin...

Video: Ben Carson: ‘Extent Of Holocaust Due To Gun Control’
by Shifra on October 9, 2015Dr. Carson gets it exactly right. And we can expect major Lib head explosions over this one. Via Haaretz: ….In an interview Thursday on CNN, Carson said fewer people would have been killed by the Nazis had more citizens been armed. “I think the likelihood of Hitler being able to accomplish his goals would have been greatly diminished if the people had been armed,” he said. “I’m telling you there is a reason these dictatorial people take the guns first.” CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer was challenging Carson over claims in his latest book that gun control has historically been a predicate for tyranny…. Huckabee Invokes Holocaust In Criticism Of Iran deal, Dems Throw Hissy Fits
by Shifra on July 27, 2015Former Gov. Mike Huckabee likened the agreement on an Iranian nuclear deal to “marching the Israelis to the door of the oven,” a reference to the Holocaust. Sounds about right to me. However, the Dems are losing their lunches over his comments. POTUS: ….Obama, asked about the comments at a news conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, said they were part of a pattern of attacks by 2016 Republican presidential candidates that would be “considered ridiculous if it weren’t so sad.” Such issues as the Iran nuclear deal deserve serious debate, not outlandish statements, he said…. Obama also singled out Ted Cruz, a Texas senator running for the GOP nomination, for suggesting in the wake of the nuclear deal that Obama...
