AOC Shunned By NY Dem Politicians, Gets Booted Off Progressive WFP Ballot
by Shifra on May 15, 2020Looks like 13 is not a lucky number for ‘Sandy’ Ocasio-Cortez; ‘thirteen’ is the total number of signatures she got from members of the progressive group Working Families Party, and she needed fifteen signatures to get on the ballot. But thirteen may be lucky for NYC; this makes it easier for her primary challenger to become the Democrat nominee for her district in November. Bye bye AOC? Meanwhile, poor Sandy is being shunned by her fellow NY Democrats, who do not want to work with her. As POTUS would say: SAD! 🙂 Via NY Post. New York’s elected officials are avoiding spotlight-loving firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez like, well, the plague, opting to craft their coronavirus response efforts without the lefty...

‘Snitchers’ On COVID-19 Violations Discover Their Complaints Are Online
by Shifra on May 11, 2020Snitching on the snitchers? Well, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander…or something. Having local governments encourage citizens to snitch on each other is outrageously un-American. But looking on the bright side, at least we all now know what Stasi means. Via Reason. Hundreds of St. Louis citizens who snitched to the government about businesses that defied closure orders are discovering that their messages are not confidential and their identities are subject to sunshine laws. As part of the effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus, some city and state leaders have forced businesses they deem “nonessential” to shut down. St. Louis County encouraged people to report any such businesses that are still open via an...

Backfire? AOC’s Efforts to Oust Incumbent Dems May Cause Elimination of Her House Seat
by Shifra on February 24, 2020If incumbent Dems who will control redistricting after the 2020 Census succeed in eliminating Ocasio-Cortez’s seat, Sandy may find out what irony really means… Via BPR. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s endorsement of a group of all-female progressive candidates could mean an end to her own congressional stint in office. The freshman New York lawmaker and self-described democratic socialist “may not last in Congress,” according to a New York Post editorial which warned that Ocasio-Cortez’s new political action committee supporting candidates challenging Democratic incumbents could spell her own demise. “Already in hot water for refusing to pay dues to her caucus’ fundraising arm, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, she’s now devoting her resources instead to defeating Democrats,” the editorial, published Sunday, stated....

Flashback: Joe Biden Calls Group Who Display Confederate Flag ‘Fine People’
by Shifra on December 9, 2019Remember the vicious lie perpetrated by Biden and the MSM, that President Trump called neo-Nazis “very fine people” ? Here’s Biden calling a group of Confederate flag-wavers…fine people. Oops… Via Daily Wire. Former Vice President and current Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden praised a pro-confederacy group “who continue to display the Confederate flag” as “fine people” in newly resurfaced video highlighted by the Trump campaign. The video is significant in large part due to the number of times that Biden has engaged in smearing President Donald Trump with the patently false claim that the president said white supremacists and neo-Nazis were “very fine people” in the wake of the Charlottesville tragedy in 2017. The video of Biden, from 1993, happened...

CNN Ratings Fall To 15th Place, Lose to ‘Food Network’
by Shifra on April 12, 2019Looks like people are catching on that CNN was “feeding” everyone a load of garbage for two years with their Russia-Collusion-Hoax. SAD! 🙂 Via Breitbart. CNN, the chief co-conspirators behind the Russia Collusion Hoax, has fallen to 15th place in primetime with fewer than 750,000 average viewers. Throughout all of cable TV, during the week of April 1, Fox News grabbed the most primetime viewers with 2.3 million, MSNBC came in second with 1.6 million, and way below them, way below number one and number two, way below HGTV, the Food Network, Investigative Discovery, and the Hallmark Channel, sits the far-left CNN in 15th place, with only 745,000 primetime viewers. Poll: 0% Democrats Want Michael Avenatti To Run In 2020
by Shifra on November 14, 2018The poll was conducted with 773 Democrats, and Creepy Porn Lawyer would have had to get only 7 votes to hit 1%. Ouch. That’s definitely going to leave a mark. Via Breitbart. Left-wing attorney Michael Avenatti is the choice of zero Democrats as their 2020 presidential nominee, according to a Morning Consult poll. While “other” earned three percent in this poll of 733 registered Democrats, and some guy named Steve Bullock grabbed one percent, in a field of 20 names, the cable news star and lawyer for porn star Stormy Daniels came in dead least at number 20. What’s more, nearly a quarter of Democrats, some 21 percent, said “Don’t Know/No Opinion” over Avenatti…. The poll’s big winners were two...

“The Conners” Beaten By Everything, Drops in Total Viewers and Demo
by Tammy on November 1, 2018Looks like the end is nigh. Via Showbiz 911. “The Conners” dropped in everything last night–total viewers, key demo. In the nightly ratings battle. the “Roseanne” spin off continues to trend downward. Last night, “The Conners” was beaten by everything- “NCIS,” “The Voice,” etc. This was their first really objective run, no World Series, nothing to distract potential viewers. But the key demo sank, which isn’t a good sign. And the total viewers were down by 180K, which is a lot, frankly. People are leaving and they’re not coming back. ABC has ordered 1 extra episode to the original order of 10. Sounds to me like a finale. Someone wakes up and says they dreamt Roseanne died. There’s a cackle...

Roseanne-less ‘The Conners’ Loses 25 Percent Of Viewers From Series Premiere
by Tammy on October 24, 2018As expected, 1 out of 4 viewers were simply curious and the nature of what they were doing didn’t hold the viewers. I would expect this decline to continue as the novelty wears off. Via Fox News. The second episode of ABC’s “The Conners” – which is the Roseanne Barr-less spinoff of “Roseanne” – lost roughly 25 percent of viewers who tuned in to last week’s premiere, according to TheWrap. “The Conners” picked up a 1.7 rating and 7.9 million viewers, compared to the debut’s 2.3 rating and 10.5 million viewers, according to the Hollywood trade publication which cited fast-national Nielsen statistics. Industry insiders speculated that many of the premiere’s viewers simply tuned in to see how Barr’s pro-Trump character...

Nielsen Media Research reports that, from October 1 through October 7, Fox News more than doubled the viewership of CNN and MSNBC in total viewers for both primetime and total daily viewers…. CNN was beat by Home And Garden TV in total viewers and just barely bested The Hallmark Channel.

Omarosa’s Book Bombs ‘Bigly,’ Sales Drop 40%
by Shifra on September 2, 2018When the title of Omarosa’s book, ‘Unhinged,’ was announced, I thought she had written an autobiography. Now, it’s tanking. Karma! Via NY Post. According to the Washington Post, hardcover sales dropped by more than 40 percent after the first week — when she managed to sell 34,000 copies following a Trump Twitter tirade….
