Appeals Court Rules Sarah Palin Can Move Forward With Lawsuit Against NYT
by Shifra on August 6, 2019The NYT has a long history of biased reporting, from their “cover-up” of the Holocaust in WWII to their frequent anti-Israel coverage. And today’s story of NYT caving to the liberal mob, changing their headline of Trump’s speech, is another shameful example of their so-called journalism. Good luck to Palin in moving forward with her lawsuit. Let’s hope she wins...bigly. Via The Hill. The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ruled that Sarah Palin can move forward with her defamation lawsuit against The New York Times, two years after a lower court judge dismissed the case. Palin had sued the newspaper for defamation over an editorial that tied an ad from the former Alaska governor and GOP vice presidential...

Mia Love To Speak at GOP Convention, But Not Sarah Palin or Ron Paul?
by Gina on July 17, 2012**Bumped up from TAM Wire, posted by Flaggman** Nothing against Mia Love, she seems wonderful. But if she speaks and Palin is shut out, something is very wrong with the Romney campaign. From 5/3 via ABC 4 Salt Lake City Besides Mitt Romney, guess who else may be speaking at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida? Well, ABC 4 News has learned that 4th District Congressional candidate Mia Love may also appear there before a national audience. On a recent appearance on the Vanocur Political Group, former Utah Congresswoman Enid Greene Mickelsen said she suggested to the Republican National Committee that Love be chosen to speak at the convention…It’s now believed that the RNC also has strong interest in...

Palin versus Rove. You Betcha.
by Tammy on September 15, 2010“It wouldn’t be prudent of me either to get into a tussle with Karl Rove as you say, but, what the heck, let’s go ahead and do it.” http://video.foxnews.com/v/4339356/palin-on-rove-vs-odonnell/

After a Week of Helen Thomas, a Palin Palate Cleanser
by Tammy on June 8, 2010Or, as saxindacity noted over at iotw, “The mood of the nation would change in a hurry if we saw something like that descending from Air Force One.” Yeah, and after a week of looking at Helen Thomas, both of the Palins are a bit more inspiring 😉 Here they are at the Belmont race, impressive, relaxed and obviously confident even in jeans and a t-shirt. Exit question: Do either of these people ever take a bad pic? One additional note: This should remind all of us one of the more serious attacks on Palin, unsaid by most but pushed by misogynists, will be about her appearance. The supposed question will be as we proceed to 2012, Can a beautiful...

New Palin Shocker: Strawgate
by Tammy on April 13, 2010UPDATED 4/14 with new, shocking (did I say shocking?) information: Now that California has solved all the world’s problems and has tons of extra, spare money and new unicorns and rainbows to hand out, Jerry Brown has launched a super-duper new Very Serious Investigation into Strawgate! Updates as this story continues to unfold, er, bend.** All I can say is too bad the Pulitzers have already been awarded. Due to some extraordinary detective work done by students and the investigative courage of the Associated Press it has been revealed that Sarah Palin demanded ‘bendable straws’ along with water for a speech at a Cal State campus. Bendable straws? Can’t the woman use regular ones? Does her neck not bend? Never...

Candy Stuck on Palin’s Bucks
by Pat_S on April 11, 2010A post by Pat There she goes again. Candy Crowley admits there’s something about Sarah. Despite how others try to explain that certain something, for Crowley it always comes back to money. Later in the segment, Crowley had this to say: Love her or hate her, a couple of numbers only add to her mystique, “12” and “2.2 million”. That’s the number of weeks Going Rogue was on the New York Times Best Selller list and the number of copies sold. Not many people would bet that Sarah Palin would fade away after the election, and she didn’t. She’s a politician who crossed into the celebrity zone making gobs of money in the public space with maximum exposure and minimum...

Candy Gets Catty About Sarah’s Income
by Pat_S on March 28, 2010A post by Pat Sarah Palin had a triumphant double-header this weekend. Unable to acknowledge outright that Sarah Palin is popular and influential, Candy Crowley on her Sunday show characterized Palin’s activities as “busy” and “lucrative”.
