Red Sea could be the new Black

There is a single-hull oil tanker off Yemen that was used as an export terminal. It's been abandoned for years but has 1 million of barrels of oil in it. There are fears of chemical explosion due to neglect. Houthi rebels of Yemen are 'requesting' $80 million to let a UN team go check out the ship. Environmental fears are often overblown but a disaster could affect Yemen's food port and a nearby coral reef.
The terminal is named the SAFER terminal.
