I just had Michael Leahy on Tammy Radio. He’s the keeper of the Top Conservatives on Twitter list and one of the main organizers of the Tax Day Tea Party effort. The original website you all visited for the protests was Tax Day Tea Party. Well, a new website has been announced that encompasses the new national movement. Your new site is

www.TeaPartyPatriots.org

TAMMY, PLEASE UPDATE. The Tea Party website is http://www.teapartypatriots.net. Sorry, it is not .org. Thanks fellow Patriot!

Thanks so much for posting that Tammy… I’ve been frustrated trying to post from a hotel computer in Florida.

It is unbelievable to me how little coverage any of the major cable news networks gave to the biggest story of the day. The major papers weren’t much better… USA Today gave it short shrift on page 3A, and even then in an article painting it as a rightwing blog-initiated and organized protest.

It’s anything but. People have been hurt by this president, and stand to lose the heritage of a free-market system, along with the associated subservience that comes with a socialist government. All of this is becoming reality, and I think the common people understand it.

This doesn’t really have to do with the Tea Party movement, except that it does affect the coverage.

Google appears to be helping the Huffington Post become a “major” source of news over other news sources.

Huffington was late on the coverage of Susan Boyle, very late. But now they have posted story after story about her, all of which are showing up on the first page hits on Google searches as well as Google News search.

This is very strange behavior for a search engine because of the number of real news sources who have been writing and promoting Susan Boyle.

Additionally, a negative article from Chicago about Susan Boyle was a first page hit on Google.

Can Google, Huffington, and Chicago just not stand to have someone getting more attention than Obama?

As for me, I have vowed to never click on a Huffington or Moveon link provided by Google. Nor would I go to their sites even to see what they are up to.

I’d like to starve them, just as I no longer will turn the television to CNN or MSNBC.

Tea Party events will grow and hopefully the Obama supporters will find ever dwindling stats if we do not help feed them.

Somehow, all of the New Huffington appearances showing up on Google just seem so Soros.

According to your friend Charles Johnson at Little Green Footballs – the tea parties are being controlled by Ron Paul’s people. Johnson is starting to lose it.

  6. Fox says:

All I can say is prepare your statements for reporters’ questions for the July 4 Parties.

CNN and MSNBC mocked the Tax Day Protests and look upon us with disdain. They must have thought us insignificant before, let’s see what happens when people get a holiday weekend. >:)
