UK Police Chief Apologizes After Fake Muslim Shouts Allahu Akbar In Anti-Terror Training Exercise
by Shifra on May 10, 2016Dude should’ve shouted Aloha Snackbar? Via Telegraph. A police chief has been forced to apologise for featuring a fake Muslim shouting “Allahu Akbar” in a major counter terrorism training exercise against Isil. The exercise had depicted a suicide bomber detonating explosives and opening fire in the middle of a busy shopping mall. But critics claimed the depiction of the terrorist “stereotyped” Muslims during the mock up at the Trafford Centre, near Manchester which was aimed at testing the emergency response to an extremist attack in the wake of ISIS led assaults on Paris and Brussels…. “The scenario for this exercise is based on a suicide attack by extremist Daesh style organization and the scenario writers have centred the circumstances around...

WH Doublespeak: Navy SEAL Was ‘Killed In Combat,’ But ‘Not In A Combat Mission’
by Shifra on May 4, 2016SEAL Hero Special Warfare Operator 1st Class Charlie Keating IV To everyone disappointed and upset by Cruz’s defeat last night (and that includes me): If we do not rally behind the GOP nominee, *this* is what we will be getting for the next eight years. Via CNS News: A Navy SEAL killed during an Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS/ISIL) attack in Iraq was “killed in combat,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest acknowledged Tuesday, but was “not in a combat mission.” The serviceman, identified as Special Warfare Operator 1st Class Charlie Keating IV, was the third member of the U.S. armed forces to be killed in combat since President Obama sent troops back into Iraq to advise, train...

State Dept. Spokeshole Doesn’t Like Question, Slams Female Reporter
by Shifra on December 14, 2015I never thought I would say this, but: Gawd, I miss Jen Psaki… Via CNS News: Diplomacy was put on hold at the State Department on Thursday as spokesman John Kirby clashed with a reporter for the pro-Kremlin RT network, telling her at one point, “I can’t believe honestly that you aren’t embarrassed to ask these questions.” ….Chichakyan said the U.S. was basically “silent” about the uninvited presence of Turkish troops on Iraqi soil, and asked whether that was because the U.S. needed the use of Turkey’s Incirlik air base for its campaign against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS/ISIL) “and doesn’t want to lose access to it.” “Oh, so here we go,” said Kirby. “This is what...

The Feckless: Power Says “Discussions” Are a Form of UN Action Against Iran’s Missile Test
by Shifra on December 10, 2015If discussions are a ‘form of action,’ then maybe we should be having ‘discussions’ with ISIS, oops, I mean, ISIL. And a strongly-worded letter! Yep, that’ll do it. Not. Via CNS News: Pressed Wednesday on the U.N. Security Council’s failure to respond firmly to Iran’s ballistic missile tests in violation of U.N. resolutions, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Samantha Power said the matter was being discussed – and that at the world body, discussions were a “form” of action. “Discussions are a form of U.N. action,” she told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. “It’s a little bit like a hearing is a form of congressional action.” Related: Fox News: US conducting ‘serious review’ of latest Iran missile test Ayote.Senate.Gov: Ayotte,...

Epic Fail: WH Launches New Hashtag: ‘Refugees Welcome’
by Shifra on November 19, 2015Remember how this one did not “bring back our girls” ? Well, now the “ad geniuses” at the WH have concocted a new hashtag: #RefugeesWelcome It's a false choice to choose between welcoming refugees and ensuring our own safety: https://t.co/mtBAgDEdIl pic.twitter.com/sosf4NOchA — The White House (@WhiteHouse) November 18, 2015 However, here is much more accurate one: Via Breitbart: The Obama administration launched a hashtag last night to promote the concept of welcoming Syrian refugees into the United States after a growing number of governors proposed halting the program after the terrorist attacks in Paris. The White House debuted a hashtag on their Facebook page last night: #RefugeesWelcome “Even as we intensify our efforts in coordination with our partners to take...

Russian Parliament OK’s Use Of Military Force In Syria
by Pat_S on September 30, 2015A technicality. Parliamentary approval is required by law. The vote was unanimous to approve the use of military force in Syria. Use of air force only. The last time the parliament did this, Crimea was invaded. Russian parliament grants Putin right to use military force in Syria “For Russian forces to operate there legitimately … a law was needed.” There have some media reports from the Middle East that Russian military jets have already started carrying out air strikes in Syria. The Kremlin has declined to confirm that. Last week Putin deployed 28 warplanes including SU-27 Flanker fighters for air-to-air combat, 15 military helicopters and SA-22 surface-to-air missiles. Russian ground forces are already deployed in Syria. Satellite photos show preparation...

Obama Told the Truth – No Strategy also no intelligence or protection for Americans
by Patricia on August 29, 2014For once Obama told the truth – there is no strategy also no intelligence or protection for Americans. British Prime Minister Cameron gets it – can he please call Obama on his cell phone because we know O’s at a fund raiser, on the golf course or some other personal event. Is anyone in the Obama administration paying attention or are they all on drugs? They obviously have no clue to the danger of ISIS, ISIL, IS or whatever current acronym used for these evil, barbaric monsters of Islam. Our Director of the FBI is out visiting U.S. field offices and has finally reported that ISIS is using online tactics to recruit Americans – HELLO! There are an estimated 200...

Jihadist Militant Forces Advance To 100 Miles Outside Baghdad
by Pat_S on June 11, 2014ISIS (The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, a.k.a. ISIL) is a fairly new and rapidly growing Sunni jihadist group. Their goal is to establish a new Islamic Caliphate. It claims to have fighters recruited from all over the world. Their leader, 43-year old Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is a battlefield commander and tactician. Young jihadis appear to find Baghdadi a more exciting leader than the Islamic theologian Ayman al-Zawahiri who leads al-Qaeda. ISIS in its short existence since 2013 has already built a reputation for brutality. The group controls many areas in Syria. Torture and summary executions are commonplace. Amnesty International reports that children as young as eight are abducted and imprisoned under cruel and inhumane conditions. ISIS operates...
