Jim, aka Gateway Pundit, joined me on Tammy Radio today to talk about the situation in Israel, and his post about the impressive Iraqi Youth Soccer Team playing in the International Dallas Cup.

For stories like that which you won’t see anywhere else, plus his take on the events of the day, make sure you visit Gateway Pundit.

I absolutely love it. The photo of the American player giving the Iraqi player a hug is worth a thousand words. Thank you Jim and Tammy for sharing that.

I love to see youth sports bringing people together. I know that soccer is a great and universal sport. I would suggest that we share our national sports of baseball and softball with the youth of the world. It is a friendly game and I believe the thrill of a parent seeing thier little one crank one over the fence would be universal. Just don’t let the parents drink during the games. The kids are generaly great but some parents could ignite WWIII.

This was my first visit to Gateway Pundit…thank you for the referral Tammy…some very insightful and interesting reading there…the Iraqi soccer team story would only make the MSM if the kids fought and insulted each other…isn’t it sad that most people don’t know this type of positive interaction takes place…
