Richards and Sheen
For all the women out there who marry perverts, don’t be shocked to find out you married a pervert. Then you get pregnant, realize he’s still a freak and leave him. But then you go back to him (because he’s changed again?) and get pregnant again and then, after bringing two children into the world and saddling them with this man for the rest of their lives, you realize he’s such a pervert you don’t even want him around those children without security being present.
Lovely. While Charlie Sheen is apparently even creepier than any of us imagined, Denise Richards should also be ordered into some sort of therapy so she can overcome whatever compulsion she had to marry Sheen in the first place.
Here’s one teeny tiny snippet in the beginning of her petition for a restraining order as she seemingly recognizes that marrying an apparent prostitute addict, gambling, drug and alcohol abuser deserves some sort of (lame) explanation:
I met the Respondent in June of 2000. I started dating him in 2001. When I started dating him I knew that the Respondent had a history of abusing drugs, cocaine and alcohol, and was also known to hire prostitutes. The Respondent assured me that he was sober and that he had never been with prostitutes sober; and further reassured me that what occurred was in his past and that is where it would stay. The Respondent stated that he continued to be a member of Alcoholics Anonymous. The Respondent continued to have a sponsor. I believed him at that time when he said he changed. Unfortunately, I was wrong to believe him.
Fool her once, shame on Charlie. But fool her twice? Once you read the thing you’ll see how really creepy the whole affair is, especially the part where she goes back to him and gets pregnant again when it was obvious the guy was a weird mess. While it’s clear a super majority of the blame here belongs to Sheen (blech!), I just wish some women would get their act together when it comes to losers like this. What is that that after it’s obvious he lied to her in the first place she goes back to him and has another child with that freak?

Charlie Sheen is 100%to blame for his behavior.
His wife is 100% to blame for her decision to get in bed with him. Put me down as one of the many men in this world tired of listening to the complaints of women who are upset over the bad behavior of tne men they have sex with but refuse to ever under any circumstances have sex with men who do not behave badly.
The court should order her to remain married to him untill the children are raised and live with her decision.
Maybe she has a total lack of self-esteem? Maybe her mother forgot to tell her about having adventures with the bad boys but not actually marrying them? I sorta agree with Ahwatukeejohn’s first part – there ARE nice guys out there, but they get ignored. Now get a divorce ASAP and stay away from this freak!
Pretty much my sentiments as well, when you marry Charlie Sheen, you shouldn’t be surprised when he turns out to remain to be Charlie Sheen.
However, it’s not unheard of for either party to pile on criminal allegations in divorce proceedings in an effort to extract the best possible settlement.
The court documents all but accuse Mr. Sheen of being into kiddie porn, but if there really had been any, he would have been arrested, not just embarrassed.
Still, with that said, the recent launch of the Charlie Sheen endorsed line of clothing for little girls (Sheen Kidz) is horrendously ill timed and ill considered.

I’m always suspicious when we only get one side of the story. I have no affection for either one of them, but find it hard to believe the situation is so one-sided; an angel marries a devil, and then poses as a victim. He might be worth a lot more money than she is, and is simply trying to get more for herself. Who knows?
Any girl who would marry a guy who was “addicted to prostitutes” has got to have rocks in her head.
Maybe she thought she could rescue him from his problems? Lot’s of women, and even some men, want to rescue their partners. It’s the Damsel (dude) in distress syndrome.
Now we’ll see if she can stick with her decision to stay away from him.

Oh, well isn’t that just SO reassuring? I mean, how often IS Charlie Sheen sober anyway?
First to address Robert and his “who knows” approach to the obvious. Sheen is denying everything, which means one of them is lying Robert. Now, one of them is a prostitute buying, drug and alcohol abuser whose sexcapades have earned him the nickname “Lord of the Fleiss.” His substance abuse problems are also public knowledge. The other person involved in this has none of those issues. And you have trouble deciding who might be a tad more trust-worthy and believeable in this situation?
Come on now.
And Dave, lol, when I read that line that he had never been with a prostitute sober, perhaps he was talking about the prostitute!
It wasn’t too long ago, I was watching “True Hollywood Story†on E!. There was a story where Charlie Sheen was seriously dating a porn star. I can’t recall her name, but even then that relationship was on again, off again. I’m sorry, I won’t be knowingly having a physical relationship with a porn star! In a way I do feel sorry for Denise, but why some women get in these relationships is such a mystery.
Looks like Robert has been vindicated, except it wasn’t money. I just saw on tv tonight that she has been seeing Richie Sambora since last year (thus his recent divorce from Heather Locklear). They had video and photos of them snuggling and smooching. So basically, it appears there was some overlap of her cooking on the side and reconciling with Sheen. I don’t even know what to say about that.
And if Charlie’s such a drunk how can he hold down a job on a tv series? I’ve always heard those are long hours.
It sort of sounds like she just wanted out and decided to make all the old reasons new again.
Feel sorry for the kids. Period! Even if Richards abandoned Hollowood (not a typo!), moved to lower East Podunk and was able to get a decent job, how many of its residents would never have heard of her and the kids now that the divorce is to be splashed over front pages? Yes, feel very sorry for the kids.
This yet again proves my belief that celebs should not be allowed to marry and should not be allowed to have or adopt children. They should ‘get fixed’, stay in the their 90210 enclaves and boff each other til the cows come home. They should leave the rest of us alone and stay 500 feet away from all minors.
Nothing about show biz people surprises me. The story was just too one-sided to be true. None of this exonerates Charlie one bit, but birds of a feather do tend to flock together. The “man bad; woman good” meme just doesn’t fly with me.
