I’m declaring her a Guest Babe because she’s being feted at another site, and it will also not preclude me from crowning our own Tammy Blog Babe for the Weekend.

So go to The Other Side of Kim for your treat. At that blog you will find not only the lovely Barbara Stanwyck, but scroll down a little and you’ll find another special sort of babe, the Winchester Mod 1892. I bet you didn’t know some babes could be cold and hard, did you? 😉

I love us.

Barbara is very beautiful, although a bit before my time. They make a big deal about how great her legs were and I agree. My favortie set of legs (of all time) is the late Juliet Prowse who was a very good dancer. The best legs of all time. She also happened to star in my favorite Elvis movie, G.I. Blues (1960). Elvis and Juliet made some sweet music.

Nice, but I’ll still take my favorite actress, Diana Rigg, and my favorite gun, a Stoeger American Eagle Navy Model Parabellum. I guess with both links I’m showing my age :-/

How I adore that babe. Nothing was better than when she played the ‘rancher’ in those westerns. I can see her now, out on that porch with her rifle; what a woman. Then, who can forget her brilliant performance in the Thorn Birds. Amazing choice. I concur!!

Yes, I’ve known a couple of those cold, hard babes in my time —

Dating yourself with Diana Rigg? Perhaps, but I prefer to think of it as simply showing your excellent taste. Ms. Rigg and Julie Newmar as Catwoman raised a lot of men of our generation’s consciousness regarding stunning redheads in black leather…

    …and a few women’s, too. 🙂
