Help a Troop Get Her Baghdad Pup Back

The military has taken away Ratchet from his troop because having a dog is against the rules. Yes, it’s a sad story but we can help to make a difference by demanding that Ratchet be put back into the hands of the Bagdad Pups group to be shipped home to Minnesota.     Tammy, thank you so much for helping to spread the word about Ratchet’s plight! He’s getting a lot of attention and we’re really hoping it will be enough to save him.

    Unfortunately, his last chance to leave Baghdad will be early next week. (Gwen will be leaving Iraq shortly after that and Ratchet will have to be abandoned to certain death.) He needs an official military release to get on the plane, and we’re really nervous that he won’t get one in time.
