I watched this interview and remember thinking that Governor Palin was gracious and respectful to someone who deserved such treatment for her place in history. She treats people the way she wants to be treated herself, which is one of the most important rules of citizenship. I admire her and hope only the best for her. May Geraldine Ferraro rest in peace and may her family be comforted by your kind words, Tammy.

I remember feeling exactly the same way when this first aired. And how natural and genuine she was in expressing those things. There is a decency within Sarah Palin that shines so brightly.

Tammy, do you still have a gadget on the website to list music played during show, there have been some really good songs, and I wanted to go and buy them. Thanks for all that you do!

Listening to your Palin Report, my question is: where does Sarah get the money to finance her extensive travel?

Tammy didn’t mention this in Part-1, but I thought it would be worth noting that Ferraro got major blowback for the following comment during the 2008 Primary:

“If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman (of any color) he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept. Ferraro justified the statements by referring to her own run for vice president, saying that: “I was talking about historic candidacies and what I started off by saying (was that) if you go back to 1984 and look at my historic candidacy, which I had just talked about all these things, in 1984, if my name was Gerard Ferraro instead of Geraldine Ferraro, I would have never been chosen as a vice-presidential candidate. It had nothing to do with my qualification”. But she went on to vote for the Dumb Bastard, because of Joe Biden!(True)

She was also quoted as saying: ” Every time a woman runs, women win.”

She was a Trailblazer, and, all in all, a decent human being. R.I.P. Ms. Ferraro.

My goodness — I LOVE this photo of the Gov and Ms. Ferraro. Palin showed great class and respect– both then, and in her remarks yesterday on Fox TV.

A picture can speak a thousand words, and the admiration show is this picture for one another says it all. Thank you Geraldine Ferraro for your service to our country, and God Bless Sarah Palin for her willingness to jump into the ring of fire to fight for our nation.

  8. Brontefan says:

What Ms. Ferraro said about Obama in the 2008 campaign was dead on-correct! What the Obama campaign and their people did to her was outrageous. And even the MSM attacked her because they were supporting Obama–but the truth is what she said. I believe she was an honorable woman.

Hurray, Tammy! Great news that you’re splitting the Palin Report into two parts rather than skimping on it because you don’t have time to do a long one all at once. I appreciate every minute of these reports, and the longer they are the better. You’re the best.

    in addition and off topic-
if you launch a new website, will there be an inauguration party, complete with balloons, champagne and hors d’oeuvres?
you know, like when palin gets elected?
    😉

That is my favorite picture of Gov Palin, the one with the fur around her neck, she looks strong and beautiful.
