    Oddly, many congested urban zones that chose the status quo exceed 12% now.

    As good as a service as the article does letting the public know of this, the article still does a major diservice with the following statement:

    “…While harsh, the Fed stress test isn’t necessarily as bad as conditions actually were during the so-called Great Recession from late 2007 to 2009….”

    By saying there was a Great Recession from 2007 – 2009, the article lies bigtime; 1) implying that conditions are better today, and 2) Bush was responsible and Obama is getting us out.

    Press articles that purport to alert to cautionary news while including a base story that is a lie, are also evil.

    PBS does something like this on many of their “science” and “nature” shows. For 55 mins they present interesting science and well photographed nature scenes (narrated by someone with an accent and with some emotional music and taiko drums in the background) then in the last 5 mins … “but will they survive G L O B A L W A R M I N G ?” or ” and then white men came”.
