EPA Chief Gina McCarthy Doesn’t Know Percentage of CO2 in Atmosphere

This is one of the endless examples of how the people making regulations are too ignorant to know what to do. Regulations are very specific things, and involve very specific actions intended to produce very specific results; if you don't know basic facts like the percentage of atmospheric CO2, then you have no business being in this position, and in fact are a menace to society in this position. And note that when she checks her references and comes up with a number of 400 parts per million, the Chief does not know how to convert that into a percentage. This is the monetary equivalent of not knowing how to convert 200 cents into dollars. We are coerced and controlled by legions of morons with no qualifications other than political loyalty. What a freaking moron.

    She is the definitive Apparatchik: a Russian colloquial term for a full-time, professional functionary of the Communist Party or government, i.e. an agent of the governmental or party “apparat” (apparatus) that held any position of bureaucratic or political responsibility.

    Another know nothing, do nothing waste of oxygen: like the heads of the OMB, VA, IRS, et al.

    That’s why she was appointed. She can blather, regulate, and help indoctrinate school children with a free conscience. DC appears to have become a sanctuary city for shady characters.
