Sailing Ships to return because UN Climate Change

A UN org. is the International Maritime Org. In April of this year, it agreed that Cargo Ships should reduce carbon emissions 50% by 2050. Also, ships should switch to low sulfur diesel fuel.
Low sulfur fuel is better but more expensive. The Climate Change initiative to reduce carbon emissions is nuts. To address, ship builders are turning to sail technology. This will drive up the cost of everything. Consumer Cost is not seen as issue by UN because this is viewed as saving the world. Don't know where U.S. was on this.
