See if you can follow this train of Leftist “thought”:
Islam is not a problem, America is the problem. Terrorists are not bad, they're just reacting to awful, awful America, which is really bad. So, really, in a way, Islamic terrorists are good because they're fighting awful, bad America.
Now, Christianity is a Problem. Christian families and Christian church communities are impediments to the perpetual growth of the State, after all. Christianity is a retrograde, reactionary force. So since we simply accept the above (examination is forbidden, as that would require discriminating thought, and discrimination is the one mortal sin in the Leftist religion), we have to somehow overcome the real, physical world of evidence that all of it is a lie and show that it's really true.
How do you show that Christianity and America are awful and bad, and Islam and terrorism are good? Wait for it… By declaring an American Christian woman equivalent to an Islamic terrorist woman.
The Left isn't just wrong, they're as wrong as they can possibly be.
