This video shows the booking of Rosemary Lehmemberg, involved in the Grand Jury charges against Rick Perry.

Yes, she was drunk and Perry was right in denying funding.

    We remember this well when this all happened down here in Round Rock(Austin). Everyone and their brother(except for her sycophants and the usual clique of degenerate lawyers) called for her resignation. But she wouldn’t. Why? I read/heard somewhere that Perry would have been the person to appoint a replacement. You don’t need a Political Science degree, given this is Travis County, that this is being using as a weapon against Perry. I’m not a fan of Perry since he backed the idiot Dewhurst against Cruz in the U.S.Senate primary a while back, but he’s right, this is bull****.

    On WMAL radio this morning, Brian Wilson said that in Texas, there is a Board/Committee that selects Grand Jurors. It can select people that they know, so there is no independence in the selection process. Combine that with only the prosecutor presenting and yes you can indict a ham sandwich.
