I can't form a clear conclusion without knowing the full background (there are special cases), but the general idea of a 9th-grade student (this would be about 14 years old) being enabled by adults and institutions to move into a transgender framework seems a likely case of child abuse. At this age, children are not ready to make these decisions. To destroy a teacher's career for failing to embrace child abuse seems criminally insane on the face of it. Seems modern institutional employees are now living in fear of having their lives ruined, which is a rather ironic consequence of policies that claim to promote universal “tolerance” and “acceptance”.
