Walmart has started to limit sales of ammunition to three boxes per customer per day due to limited supplies, a spokeswoman said on Wednesday.
Sales of guns and ammunition have risen across the United States since the December 14 shooting at a Newtown, Connecticut elementary school.

Walmart U.S., is the largest unit of Wal-Mart Stores Inc the world’s largest retailer and the largest U.S. gun seller. The Bentonville, Arkansas-based retailer had said that it works to strike the right balance between serving hunters and sportsmen and ensuring that it sells firearms responsibly.

“In order to take care of as many customers as possible, starting Thursday, January 24, all ammunition sales were limited to three boxes per customer, per day as supply is limited at this time,” spokeswoman Ashley Hardie told Reuters on Wednesday.

The American people are much more perspective than the powers that be know. The average American can see plainly what these elected scum plan to do. That is why gun and ammo sales are currently rising to historical levels. We are arming ourselves against the US government not common criminals. This is just exactly what the 2nd Amendment says the right to bear arms for the citizen is for. A tyrannical government and that is what we have folks, right now, right here.

Good ole Chuck Schumer (sarc off) recently used the, you can’t falsely shout fire in a theater meme, to argue for taking our guns away. C.W. Cooke has a nice column taking to task that argument. Turns out the line came from a Supreme Court case in 1917 where it was used to justify imprisoning a man who handed out leaflets protesting U.S. involvement in WWI. In summary, that line was originally used to take away free speech rights and now Schumer is using it to try and take away gun rights.
