Cal prosecutors seek to jump start death penalty

Dear Californians,
The Great State of Texas is willing to take the burden of performing final sentence of your Death Row Condemned.
A small Fee paid up front of course lol, per Condemned Inmate, and a California-Texas CHL Reciprocity Agreement signed into law valid for 5 years.
Texas will gladly take your burden and create a Cooperative Partnership.
