France has a new law requiring commercial buildings to install solar cells roof gardens. The solar plant requirement will give a boost to cash strapped solar companies whose government subsidies have mostly ru our in Europe… No Government cash!? No problem, let's use YOURS! Given the slavish attitudes of the socialist population in the land of brie, cabernet and marching Germans, I expect this to proceed with nary a mon Dieu uttered. After all, it's not ALL bad, they can always grow Halal veggies to appease non-German invaders.
