Good reporting by USA Today investigative reporter. CDC problems with its infectious disease protection has taken over 3 years to reply to FOIA request and will take another 3 years to reply to the latest 'expedited' FOIA request. CDC also did not provide full information to Congressional requests. Rep. Fred Upton is 'very concerned'.
