    Someone should tell Captain Kirk that he needs to look to his own state to repeal those statutes that have created this mess in the first place.. I don’t think the minnow should override human needs.

    Frankly he ‘solution’ would only cause water table problems in the NW & ‘redistributing’ drought to the Pacific Northwest.

    $30B would build a lot of desalination plants…After all Cali is on the ocean.
