Adel and Ahmadinejad
It seems pretty obvious at this point that Iran’s previous statements that it has nothing to do with Hez’s attacks on Israel or the violence in general, is as false as their claim to not be building The Bomb.
This is now clearly a case of Iran attacking Israel through proxies. Anyone who thought differently will be disabused of that notion by these comments by Hezbollah’s and Syria’s Puppet-Masters:
Iran Official: No Part of Israel Safe
The speaker of Iran’s parliament warned Israelis on Tuesday that no part of their country is safe from Hezbollah attack. The comments by Speaker Gholam Ali Haddad Adel called into question Tehran’s official position that it is not involved in the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
“The towns you have built in northern Palestine (Israel) are within the range of the brave Lebanese children. No part of Israel will be safe,” Haddad Adel told thousands of anti-Israel demonstrators in Palestine Square.
Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki indicated that Iran may be playing a covert role in the fighting when he said Monday that a cease-fire was feasible. He spoke after talks with the Syrian government in Damascus.
It is time for Israel to seriously consider striking Iran’s nuclear facilities. Israel, if left to her own devices, can very much take care of herself, but principle alone demands that the United States assist her in defending herself.
In the meantime, no wonder the UN is so desperate to stop the fighting–Israel might actually succeed in finally eliminating terrorist regimes, forever ruining the EU pols and UN staff cash flow.
Isreal’s actions are no doubt a positive response to the United States presence in Iraq – Isreal is continuing ‘our’ war on terror and we should support their military actions to the fullest. There should be no doubt that Iran and Syria have loosed their dogs on Israel as they continue their ‘holy war’ on the West and all we represent. It is time for us to finally act against Iran – they’ve been at war with us since the late 70s – its time we take the war to them.
Isreal is RIGHT. The US is RIGHT.
Take it to the enemy and crush them.
I have always said, even through several comments on this site, that Israel will be the one to clean up the Middle East and get rid of the savages or at least jerk a knot in their tails so they can finally live in peace…but… according to Howard Dean, if the democrats were in the White House this situation would have never happened…
What is really pathetic is some of the leftwing Demos attempting to compare Hurricane Katrina with the current evacuation going on of American citizens in Lebanon. HUH? I guess when you have no political agenda except opposition to everything Bush is trying to do you can make a connection between the two. I don’t thing any rational human being would make that connection.
