Yes, I have finally capitulated and have established a Myspace page for both myself and Sydney. I invite you all to be my “friends.” Sydney’s page is devoted to her obsession with controlling all the world’s chewies and cheese. My page is a bit less ominous than that 🙂

It seems like another great way to stay in touch with people. Hope to see you there.

Click here to go to my page, and for Sydney’s page, go here.

UPDATE:

Well, I’ve been jammed with “Friend” requests which is great, but a little bit of a heads-up for everyone, especially the blog regulars. My internet guy has suggested (appropriately) that, for now, I restrict my “friends” to those who have a history on Myspace (so we can tell if they’re really ‘friends’ if you get my drift). If you are, however, a blog regular who we recognize (like Pat or Kim), I will add you even if you start a new account. Just make sure in addition to clicking the “add” button, you send my page an email telling me who you are on the blog so we’ll know to add you. Hope this makes sense. 🙂

What about the fansite for you on myspace? Does anybody know?

[All I know is that Ms. Bruce isn’t invoved with that page. It really is a fan organized page.–ed].

  2. Maynard’s pic cracks me the hell up.

I did visit, but I think I’m going to need a copy of “Myspace for Dummies”.

I feel so old right now… . Sigh.

Well, welcome to myspace Tammy!! I sent you a request, so lets get that friend’s list moving. Love the pics..I hope those of you who have myspace’s will also get involved. It is fun to network and ‘let our hair down a bit’.

    For Kimj7157

I was put off by the task initially myself. I got a pep talk and some pointers from my daughter, held my breath and plunged right in. It’s not all that bad.

    Go to http://myspace.com/

Click Sign Up. All you really need to do is establish an account. You can fill in the personal data anytime or never. Once you have an account, you can go to Tammy’s myspace and ask to be added as a friend.

    This is my URL http://myspace.com/_pat_s

I will most certainly add you as a friend and share what I’ve learned about using myspace. This will be the one-eyed leading the blind. Remember I only learned it yesterday myself. But, I did successfully get hooked up with Tammy’s page. What happens next I don’t know.

    PAT_S,
So nice of you to take the time to head me in the right direction. If I decide to take the plunge, you will be the first to know. 🙂 Thanks again.
