I had never heard of Japanese balloon bombs… I have some reading to do. Fascinating. Tammy, remember when I told you about the US Army’s Bat Bomb project? Equally as fascinating.

What possible benefit could come from cloning?
These scientists that are trying to play God are only doing so for money and fame.
Tammy, you’re absolutely right about the risk of creating new contagions.

Some but not all of the negative aspects of human cloning:

    1. It would violate the principles of ethics in human research. Considering the facts that many cloned mammals do not survive, cloning human beings would be completely unsafe. Thus, it would be highly unethical.
    2. It would also cause problems of identity and individuality. Cloned children could experience a lack of self-respect for themselves because they are not their own person. This could cause psychological problems.
    3. It would also cause troubled family relations. Cloned children could be the twin of their father or mother, or even a grandparent. This could easily dictate severe problems in the family setting and put strain on relationships in the family.

It sounds like Miss California could be sent to prison, if this hate crime legislation passes.

“The point that I think we have got to accept is if we are going to give people opportunities they need for the future, then there has got to be a contribution by those who have the most and who have gained the most over the last few years,” he said.
