Slowly, inexhorably, the left in this country are moving us toward socialism. The topic of their conversations included MLK, who, apparently, Fidel revered. Get a clue Barbara, Bobby, Emanuel, Marcia, and Mel, Martin Luther King, Jr. just rolled over in his grave.
As I understand it, that $50,000 is the maximum the local Ambassador can authorize without requesting approval. He immediately made that available. In contrast, Obama/Clinton have so far authorized nothing, nada, zero for Italian earthquake relief.
