Commentary includes my special Mystery Science Theatre 3000 assessment of Mark Souder’s resignation speech, notes on Rand Paul and Sestak, among a few other issues. Honestly, I was still a little loopy after today’s procedure, so it’s about a 45 minute report. Please be gentle when listening 😉

Tammy hilarious, maybe more so than when not loopy. Medicated and dedicated!
So typical… There he goes, another Christian of some prominence that does not believe the Gospel. He thinks it’s up to him to live the Christian life, and sets himself up for failure and humiliation. It’s a funny thing that the carnal mind cannot seem to comprehend: The more you think about and focus on sin, even if it’s for the purpose of not sinning or to rail against others (i.e. heading an organization around a perceived unacceptable behavior), the more that sin will be your master. Show me a legalistic church, and I’ll show you a congregation overflowing with sin.
I appreciate Tammy’s understanding of Christians and that many in so-called Christian leadership are not the normal Christians. Normal Christians have a humility before God and have no illusions of living up to perfection in their own power.

Thank you Tammy for your special report! Wonderful news to wake up to 🙂
And yes Conservatives do yoga too! I started with this video: Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason (Filmed in Oak Creek Canyon in Sedona Arizona!). The title may be misleading because it’s more about conditioning your body rather than losing weight. That was the case for me anyway. There are four variations you can follow depending on your level…four women modifying each pose from beginner to extreme pretzel. In the product description it says it is 240 minutes! Kinda makes me wonder if I have the right DVD or just a typo; but no worries, the workout is only 60 minutes.

Imagine all of us TAMs joining you for yoga on your radio show! “Okay everyone lets move into down dog. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.” LOL
