At least they didn’t call her a cracker. Election eve campaign lit, in Spanish, suggests Ruth McClung is white bread. Does anyone believe this is not an intended racial slur? Ruth is the citizen candidate running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Arizona District 7. It is a tight race which has brought in the SEIU and other union support for the Democrat incumbent Raul Grijalva. Grijalva has been playing the race card for weeks with zero substantiation.

Ruth McClung, White Bread?

Yup. White Bread.

Who paid for this, you ask?

Well, the “Campaign for Community Change“, whose Board of Directors is made up of 2 Members of the AFL-CIO, 1 Member of the SEIU, and 1 Member of the UFCW.

Nothing like playing the last minute race card through your union buddies to show you just how desperate the Grijalva campaign has become.

Fitting to use the bread analogy, though, because after tomorrow? Well, Grijalva’s congressional career…

IS TOAST.

Can’t view the article, which requires a subscription, though I am currently a TAM in good standing, and I am logged in. Also, there is one comment by “A subsciber” which contains no text, and the title of the article doesn;t seem to make grammatical sense. Stange. Very strange.

It’s so obvious the Raul Grijalva campaign is desperate and flailing about as though they’ve lost their minds. Oh wait – they did! That’s why they are leftists.

While the ‘Campaign for Community Change’ is accusing Ruth of supporting a sales tax that will force families to go hungry, this freak needs to be reminded of the legislation & boycott he supported that DID make families go hungry because they can’t get work!

His district has been one of the most devasted in AZ, and while he and the ‘community change’ hosebeasts carry on with their racist smear of Ruth and try characterizing her as ‘white bread’ and ‘privileged’, he’s the bastard that spent all his effing campaign money early on – literally hundreds of thousands of dollars (more than Ruth had!) – on food & drinks – all for his big fat self and his campaign! Must have been some party, but I do not recall the people of CD-7 being invited. Why didn’t he use that money to buy them all bread? He thought he was going to slide right through this primary with nooooooooooo problem because no one took the 28-year-old physicist seriously.

Even McCain said this weekend when he first met Ruth & she said she was running for congress against Grijalva, his first thought was, ‘When pigs fly.’ I have no doubt that very phrase indeed ran through his mind. Everyone dismissed her – the local GOP, various GOP organizations, even Brewer admitted she didn’t think she’d make it this far. And what did they base it on? Politics as usual!

Granted, it’s tough to run a race, but Ruth McClung is tough! She’s one of the most kind-hearted, warm and personable people you will ever meet, but she’s also unafraid to stand up for what she believes, and I’ve seen her face adversity and do it with class! Oh, and she does not back down! I can’t wait for the little boys of the GOP establishment to find out just how tough she is!

BTW: Why were Grijalva, Boxer, Waxman and Kucinich allowed to remain in office after doing this? http://gatewaypundit.firstthings.com/2010/10/barbara-boxer-approved-code-pink-trip-to-fallujah-to-donate-600000-to-extremists-to-murder-us-soldiers/

Not only should these four members have been immediately fired, but put in an electric chair.

It was puzzling to see why Carly Fiorina didn’t jump at the chance to use Boxer’s Code Pink connections against Bad-Hair Babs. Frankly, it was frustrating.

And those Boxer ads featuring former HP employees really hit Fiorina hard. Especially, the woman that said that Carly didn’t need all those corporate jets. That particular ad was full of class envy which plays really well on the Left Coast. Heck, all Fiorina had to do was point out the policies that Boxer has advocated over three decades have made businesses leave the Golden State. Fiorina wouldn’t have looked at all defensive.

      What a shame.

Lots of racist hispanics here in Tucson AZ, there were ‘Latinos do it better’ t-shirts at Gay Pride (Imagine a ‘white’s do it better’ t-shirt) latinos lesbians/bis – they think they are God’s gift to white lesbians, and they do not want to even reciprocate, not surprised, they want and expect everything for free

    • brandonj says:

You know Laura, a comedian (I can’t remember who) said not too long ago (and I’m paraphrasing here) that we can have a movie called “White Men Can’t Jump” and that’s okay, but if you made a move called “Black Men Can’t Swim” all hell would break loose. That observation was meant to be funny, but there is a real truth to it however-and that truth is that the Liberal with a victim mentality often has no sense of humor-unless it pertains to belittling whites or other groups other than their own. They can dish it out, but they can’t take it. They use political correctness as a weapon. These people need to be called on their hypocrisy and challenged on their racism every time they display it. We must not allow ignorant folks such as these to intimidate us.

  9. brandonj says:

Pat, it’s only a racial slur if it’s against a person of “color.” People of “color” aren’t capable of racism or making racial slurs. White people are the only racists and they keep everyone else down. At least that’s what the racebaiting liberal “victims” seem to espouse all the time. Unfortunately the liberal scumbag Grijavla appears to have won reelection, but by a fairly narrow margin-just a little over 3,000 votes. Fortunately, many, many republicans won in their bids for election and will be the majority in the House in January-so Mr. Grijavla’s influence will be limited. Here’s hoping they can send him packing in 2012, along with Barry and many others!

  10. Gabster64 says:

I wonder what Grijalva’s supporters will call me when I go against him in 2012!
I am a Naturalized American from México. I do not hyphenate my citizenship status as “Mexican-American.” Because even though I was not born here, I am an AMERICAN! And to quote Sen. Boxer, CA “I worked hard to earn that title” I am an AMERICAN and very proud of it!
