Incredible! Ramirez’ cartoons have a touch of irony as well as vision.
The above cartoon reminds me of the open letter Pastor Tom Vineyard wrote to the Oklahoma City Police Chief, on adequate self-defense. Not only was the pastor spot on on the Second Amendment, he schooled the chief on the politics of certain gun terms and their use by politicians who would just love to disarm a law-abiding public. Pastor Vineyard presented his argument in a masterful display of verbal self-defense as well as instruction. It’s classic.
Hmm…Didn’t someone say something about not bringing a knife to a gun fight?
