For the next four days every state in the union will have Tea Parties going on. Please do try to attend something in your area as we send our usual message to Washington DC and politicians everywhere–we’re Taxed Enough Already and demand an end to corruption and politics as usual.
One of the best round-ups of Tea Parties across the country is at FreedomWorks. Click on over to their FreedomConnector where you can list your Tea Party and/or find the Tea Party nearest you. To add your event click on “Create” at the top of the page and follow the instructions. To find the nearest Tea Party near you just type in your zip or city in their right-hand column box and you’ll get a list.
One of the more popular Tea Parties will no doubt be in Madison, Wisconsin where Governor Sarah Palin will be the featured speaker. Noon at the Capitol building.

Remember that the historical Lady Godiva was in fact a tax protestor. The occasional tax protest has been known to have a bit of a Lady Godiva re-enactment. Maybe that’s what we need to make our movement more viable. Any volunteers?

I’m going to make a road trip up to Madison tomorrow. I’m pretty psyched!:)
Palin will be in Madison, WI this Saturday between noon & 2:00 according to Madison news reports. I will be wedding dress shopping with my daughter, so can’t attend….but will be there in spirit! I can’t tell you how bummed I am.

Me! I’m also a member of Organize4Palin, and have agreed to pass out pro-Sarah4President literature. The Wisconsin coordinator for this is Bill Lichter, and he says he’ll be on/near the stage with a blaze orange cap on. If you get yourself near the stage, look for the blaze orange cap if you want to pass out facts about Sarah. I’M PSYCHED!

I couldn’t find anything in DC area other than in Warrenton, VA. So, I’m going to see Atlas Shrugged instead.
