OMG Tammy, I can’t remember a more entertaining and hilarious 3rd hour opening with your PetSmart advenure! Yes, you had me laughing out loud all alone at my breakfast table while eating my corn flakes and bananas. ha ha We love you because you share moments that reveal you’re just like us!! Who hasn’t gone out to run errands in grubby clothes and no make up hoping not to run into anyone we know? Thanks for sharing ;JD
Loved the 3rd hour Tammy! I too was laughing out loud. I must admit, though, I feel kinda creepy crawly after the spider story! LOL
I am just listening to the third hour and the discussion about where Sarah Palin will announce. A while back, I listened to an interview (I believe it was posted on palintv.org) she gave with a local radio show in Alaska. She promised the two hosts that if she announced, she would do so on their show.
Wow – this was a terrific 3rd Hour; quite entertaining – and STILL informative! To the dog people in Pet Smart, didn’t you feel like saying “I have a dog, too!”? … however, sometimes it’s best to not even bother. Oh, the comic on this page is a great one, too – thanks for that!
I have three cats and fortunately they haven’t presented my wife with a semi-dead spider yet.
During the summer, my cat Jeffrey loves to catch cicadas alive. He brings them into my room late at night and they buzz around in his mouth. I hate them because the are so gross and the sound of them (and thought of them) in the cat’s mouth is just awful. I don’t want to touch them, so I just kick him out and hope he lets them go or ends their misery. Of course, cicadas are just one of the many summertime creature offerings I receive on a nightly basis.
“Disgustingly gigantic.” Loved this hour! So many things cracked me up.
And BTW, there is nothing wrong with looking casual, Tammy. I find it appealing in people I usually see all dressed up. And…glasses could be considered eye-makeup, sort of. 🙂
