President Obama said Thursday night that conspiracy theorists have perpetuated a completely false narrative that every time he suggests tightening gun laws, he really wants to prevent all Americans from owning firearms.
“Yes, it is fair to call it a conspiracy,” Obama said after being challenged by CNN host Anderson Cooper, who moderated the network’s “town hall” on gun violence in Virginia.
“What are you saying?” Obama pressed after Cooper seemed to suggest it may be true. “Are you suggesting … the notion that we are creating a plot to take everybody’s guns away so that we can impose martial law?” he asked. “Yes, that is a conspiracy; I would hope that you would agree with that.”

Obama has favorably referenced China on several occasions, once specifically on gun control! A President wishing for Communist power does bring to mind, tyranny, and not in a conspiracy thinking way.

The latest shooting of a police officer in Philadelphia was by a black racist who did it in the name of Allah. He also used a stolen gun which no background check could have prevented the crime. Why isn’t President Obama showing tears over this senseless assault on a police officer? Where is his outrage over this and where is Gabby Giffords?
The mayor of Philly stated that they need more gun control. The gun used was stolen from a policeman/law officer before the incident. Dumbo mayor, you need more thief control not gun control you dummy.

Obama talking in his town hall meeting made a glaring admission of ignorance of background checks. He said in response to Taya Kyle that it is possible for a criminal to lie on a background check to buy a gun. How does this work? Isn’t that what a background check is for? What it is supposed to do is to catch those who lie, isn’t it?
