Finally! The FOX Producers deploy the TAM’s West Coast Secret Weapon!

Ms.Bruce in the Perfect Panel Pformat on PFox! Complete, thoughtful
answers with no interruptions from the ‘usual suspects’.

And paired with Doug Schoen? Great.

This appearance is the chocolate icing on the yellow cake of the NY trip.

    Kudos Tammy!

I agree, excellent platform for Tammy.

    • indeed! The best Fox segment with Tammy and the best cable news segment I have seen in ages!! Just enough time for Tammy to get all her points out without the usual chaotic stress and cross talk!!! If more Fox shows were run like this, then I would watch a lot more then I do now. I barely even keep up with O’Reilly anymore (Ingraham ewwww!). Now that Beck was shipped off to a special home, Hannity might as well interview himself from now on, and Red Eye only posts the halftime reports, there is not much that I care to or need to watch. I can get better info from surfing Drudge. (and of course #TBRS/blog site 🙂

Double kudos Tammy! Have you been taking extra vitamins lately? You look absolutely radiant this evening:) I don’t know many men or women who would slam the metaphorical window down on your fingers dear. just sayin…

GREAT discussion!! That’s our Tammy :)<3! I have to say it….she looked so pretty, smart and pretty, more TammyTV!!!

    • I got 10 bucks a month burning a hole in my pocket for TBTV!

How about this for a slogan?

TBTV “The truth sits here!” or “The Truth tends to hoover around here” no? too lame?

      perhaps this:

“TBTV The truth! The Ugly Stinking Truth!”

“TBTV She’s way hotter then Imus!”

Yes, Tammy!! I guess they don’t expect Doug to read anything before he interviews, cuz there was Tammy getting all the questions to comment on articles on what other’s are opining. And well done. Reminded me of Hill and Urkel a little. I agree, this is the general election, just like it was for the Dems in 2008. Whoever we pick needs to have Tea Party and Independent’s support. You came off as smart, impartial and reasoned. That’s the real you. I think we will be seeing you more on FOX as the primaries get going. Good.

As much as I love the intellectual types with their heavy glasses, I like it better when you don’t hide your face behind them. Beautiful.

  5. longhorn mama says:

Easily the best so far. Tammy, you looked beautiful and sounded great. Schoen was good, too. (But not as pretty as you!)

This was my favorite of all Tammy’s appearances in NYC this weekend with both the topic and her fellow panelist, Schoen….mercifully, no shouting or talk overs. Very adult respectful discusstion of the likely two Republican presidental candidates left standing. Sadly I agree, it’s too late for Sarah. I do worry about Calista getting the Monica media treatment; only difference is Calista got the ring and Monica got the boot. Oh, and Tammy looked mah- velous! Red lipstick a great new look.

  7. I just had to watch that again just one more time. The producer must have gotten a directive from on high that this time they would slow it all down and see what they get from the focus groups. Quality over info overload! Quality over stress and snark. Love it!

I can picture things behind the scenes.

Alright everyone, where gonna take things a lot slower then normal so listen up:

    a) The host will carefully read all of the text on the screen, giving good time to let it all sink in for the viewer.

    b) sound effects will be mixed low as to not distract from the discourse.

    c) witty banter good, sarcastic bomb throwing, and talking over the host or guests is strictly forbidden.

    d) the host will trust you with free reign to make your point but still give the sense that he is running the show.

    e) and were are going to give a full 7 minutes for this segment to work.

kudos to the ones who came up with this format! Fox could really kill even more if they do more of this. MSLSD will be stuck with a bunch of crazy haters and “Giggles” McCain, while the adults over at Fox are advancing the issues.

OK I’ll get back to work! if I have too:(

Sorry to say, I am dissapointed in Tammys comments about Sarah Palin,if she so chooses to get back in this race she must, we have milqtoast candidates, Sarah is the true Reagan Conservative that would try to rebuild and restore, and not business as usual with more Big Government solutions. This election is different than others and Delegates are spread out and Delegates are back loaded. Many others were dissapointed in Tammys comments, maybe it comes from past dissapointment from Sarah deciding not to run. This election is fluid, and as we have seen how things can change rapidly, if Sarah held out to Febuary or March it still wouldnt be too late. Tim Tebow has shown anything is possible.

    • I think Tammy was just stating her opinion that it would be a mistake for Sarah to jump in now because of what the rest of the none Palinistas would think, as well as other conservatives in the states that would not have a chance to vote for her. (but that could be mended easily) We will need a lot of none Palinista support to win with Sarah. We will need a lot votes from 50% of the voting public that knows little about what is going on. Tammy did not say that if Newt implodes and Sarah jumps in before Feb, that Tammy will not support her. There is not need to be disappointed if you disagree on a view point. However, if you send lots of signals that you are going to run for months and months, then suddenly quit before you even start, well then that is a reason to be disappointed. I will jump off the Newt train the moment Sarah changes her mind. Even if Sarah doens’t win the nomination, it will pull the party platform more to the right if she runs. This could be Sarah’s plan all along. I trust her because she has shown herself to be trust worthy.

As much as I respect the honest and thoughtful commentary, this is one of those rare occasions that I disagree. Has anyone else noticed the number of articles on this theme of a late entrant? Quite a good case has been made that even if not likely, the opportunity and the mechanism is definitely present. This has been a Palin vs. Romney race since the beginning which is why it was crucial that Palin be eliminated as a candidate. Per Schoen’s and Sabato’s criteria, Palin is the only one who could be such a late entrant. The problem that remains is the party establishment opposition which is what we have with Gingrich as well. Gingrich is now the proxy which explains the support, but what happens when/if he falters? The underlying dynamic still exists: disenfranchised grassroots vs. establishment.

Tammy, kudos on being in a two-person format, instead of the at times, standard “Brady Bunch” type segment with “Alice” in the middle.

The host was actually allowing you time to develop your thoughts, kudos again.

Regarding the “Real Dark Horse” question; the “Pink Elephant” in the room is Sarah Palin, but was mentioned last, lol.

PS: Remember, the Last Shall Be First, at some point.

  11. ReardenSteel says:

Great job Tammy, excellent segment. Good point TX, love how the host said, “when he enters the race late”, regarding dark horse candidates. The only dark horse would be a “she”. Palin has definitely turned into, “She who shall not be named”.
