Serial killer suspect shot dead

A man suspected of killing five people and terrorising a South Carolina community was shot dead today by police investigating a burglary complaint at a home 50km away.

Ballistics tests on a gun and bullets found with the man in Gastonia, North Carolina, match those used in a weeklong killing spree in and around Gaffney, State Law Enforcement deputy director Neil Dolan told The Associated Press (AP).

“We have him. He’s our serial killer,” Mr Dolan said on Monday night (local time).

At least South Carolinians are spared the endless appeals if this scumbag had been convicted and gotten the death penalty and no had to watch those nauseating candlelight vigils for him outside the prison.

    Hallelujah.

Hallelujah! That’s right, we totally just saved hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions.

And those people are safe again.

My heart goes out to those that died and their loved ones who are left with the loss.

Hopefully, with any luck, he’s burning in the fires of Hell (gee, I really hope there is a Hell for all those bad guys!).

Hmmm…I heard that three-strike laws, “just don’t work.” Does anyone doubt that at least in this case, a three-strikes law would not have “caught” this cretin before he got out of jail, yet again, to commit his last vile crimes? The guy had a track record with the law, for G-d’s sakes!
