Someone at the Hillary Clinton campaign had some time on their hands.
The campaign unveiled five DIY Halloween costumes, complete with handy photo references and Pinterest-like displays of what you’ll need to complete each look: Park Ridge Hillary, Hipster Hillary, Cold-shoulder Hillary, Women’s Rights are Human Rights Hillary and Texts from Hillary Hillary….
Each costume represents a piece of the Clinton biography, from high school to college to first lady to secretary of State….

I clicked through links to see the other DIY Hillary Halloween costumes, Don’t Do IT!, as I didn’t know what a ‘cold shoulder’ costume was. RUN…You’ve been Warned!, turns out that Hipster Hillary is an early Beetlejuice model and Cold Shoulder is a type of dress with cutout shoulders (the model wasn’t paid enough, add this to list of clothes like hot pants that should be eschewed with wisdom) and overall looks like Bette Midler as a witch. Hocus Pocus is a good meme for Hillary’s campaign.
