It’s Bad Guy Weiner everywhere we look, but the real story is Good Guy Andrew Breitbart (again) and how the interwebtubes allow said Good Guys to prevail. The Lamestream Media is now going to have a hard time ignoring or dismissing Andrew–he has used the web to take down a variety of hypocritical or corrupt liberal footsoldiers–including ACORN, Vivian Schiller of NPR (who, btw, was hired a few days ago by NBC), Helen Thomas, and now Weiner.
CNN has (no doubt begrudgingly) done a piece on Andrew referring to him as a “gadfly.” Heh. Some gadfly. We all owe a big Thank You to Andrew for being out there and willing to get in the left’s ugly face. Perhaps it’s because he, too, emerged from the left and knows who they really are and how important it is to stop them. Conservatives everywhere can learn from Andrew the importance of confrontation and persistence. We can defeat the left, but only by not turning the other cheek 🙂

…But before the shame-faced congressman arrived at the podium, another man took the microphone — Weiner’s nemesis: right-wing blogger Andrew Breitbart.
Breitbart was the first to post photos of Weiner on his website BigGovernment.com, one of a small empire of conservative outlets he runs online.
The photos, including one that showed a bulge in a pair of gray underpants, put Breitbart right where he likes to be — at the center of a political storm, attacking the left.
“Andrew Breitbart has scratched and clawed his way into a position of immense power, not just in the conservative movement, but in the major media,” Republican strategist Matt Mackowiak said Tuesday.
