That is, if he committed them. Yeah, just like anyone who has lost a loved one to a heinous murder by drug-dealing Colombians, the Butcher of Brentwood has imagined, in graphic detail, what would have happened had he been the one to commit the wholesale slaughter of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman.

In what could well be the sleaziest, and certainly the strangest, documentary in the history of television, O.J. Simpson has agreed to a Fox TV interview in which he will discuss how he murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman 12 years ago — if, that is, he had actually murdered them…
Simpson was paid a reported $3.5 million for the book, according to the National Enquirer, which first reported its existence last month.
Not much is known about the book or the interview; ReganBooks hasn’t yet posted a description on its Web site, although the Enquirer piece noted that Simpson’s account of the murders is “so detailed and so chillingly realistic” readers will likely come to the conclusion that Simpson committed the crimes.
Please, isn’t this enough for the state to have him committed to a mental institution? Let’s just hope the Goldman family, with that huge outstanding award from the civil trial, get their hands on the millions this cold-blooded killer is given for this.
Bottom line: this entire situation–from the murders, to the acquittal, to the circus surrounding this beast’s life, and now a book and interview of him “imagining” the murders, is profoundly sick and a true reflection of how deeply depraved humanity can become.
This man (and I use that word with reservation), sickens me. I can only hope those who freed him listen closely to his “pretend” description and examine their own consciences. Although the starstruck “cast” in the case may just line up for signed editions. Perhaps the gracious Judge could pick up a copy for some light reading. I can only pray that the victim’s families get some of the money they are owed. How terrible it should have to come from the psychotic mind of this beast. Not to mention his kids….I’m going to write a book about how I slaughtered your mother…..sorry kids but it’s cash.

It’s almost unbelievable, isn’t it? I still remember that day when he was pronounced “not guilty”… that sick feeling in my gut when I realized that our judicial system is a sham.
The man took a knife and severed Ron and Nicole’s necks clear down to their vertebrae. 200 separate pieces of DNA evidence did more than tie him to the case… taken in probablistic terms as a permutation of events, I believe it was somewhere around 1.6 million to 1 that it could have been someone else.
And he is free to ride around in a golf cart all day, and now to peddle the only thing of value he has left- a veiled and projected mirage of the truth. Which suckers among us will pay money to buy this?
What is FOX thinking about lately? To promote this evil prick is unacceptable and I will not be watching. I’m also going to let FOX know. I’m having a hard time watching them lately anyway. All they do is carry water for the Bush administration without asking any critical questions that we conservatives want answered…
This is exactly the same technique the FBI used in their interviews with Ted Bundy during their study of serial killers. He would speculate to them on what he thought the real killer would have been thinking or doing. In this way they were able to dig into his mind and get the whole story without him having to admit for the longest time that he did it.
O.J. must have heard about this and figured it was a safe and great way to make some money without having to admit to anything!
Wonder if the jurors from that fiasco sleep well at night.

We can only hope that this will be the career-ender for Mike Darnell, the moral slug who is the VP for alternate programming at FOX. He has polluted our culture so many times with crap like this. He is the face and spirit of all that is wrong and disgusting about the entertainmen media. I hope that Fox, Judith Reagan and any stupid advertiser on this program suffers severe PR and financial ruin as a result of this. I hope this show ends the careers of all of those responsible for it.
Many years ago, when I first saw the movie, “Network”, I thought it was preposterous and that no network would be be that low. Present day media and those that run them, are far worse than anything imagined in that film.
