Finally, yesterday there was finally some brief coverage of China and Russia assisting genocidal Radical Islamists (this time in Darfur) who attack the Western World (while clamping down on them at home). Why now? Amnesty International suddenly decided (because Hollywood ‘cares’ about Darfur and sends lots of money to AI) to acknowledge a tiny bit of China’s decades-long role in assisting terrorism worldwide.

Amnesty International criticizes arms sales to Sudan

UNITED NATIONS — China and Russia have supplied weapons and aircraft to Sudan that have been used in deadly attacks against civilians in Darfur in violation of a U.N. arms embargo, Amnesty International charged in a report Tuesday.

The report cites witnesses who said they saw Russian-made aircraft and helicopter gunships used in bombing raids and traced spent cartridges in raided villages to new Kalashnikov assault rifles…The rights group also said it was concerned that Sudan had transferred six K-8 attack aircraft recently acquired from China to Darfur in breach of the ban, and it noted that Khartoum was expecting six more.

The report cites Sudanese trade figures showing that in 2005, the year a United Nations resolution banned transfer of weapons to all parties in Darfur, Russia sold almost $35 million in helicopters and other aircraft and China supplied $24 million in arms and $57 million in aircraft equipment.

China and Russia denied selling weapons for use in Darfur, though they acknowledged selling them to the Sudanese government for general military use…The Amnesty report says China and Russia, permanent members of the U.N. Security Council who abstained from voting on the embargo, should know that the weapons can be used to violate human rights. It called for an all-out arms ban for Sudan. “We are not saying that Russia and China broke the embargo, but they are sending arms knowing that the Sudanese government is breaking the embargo,” Wood said. “As permanent members of the Security Council, they should be doing more to stop the violence.”

Well, I’m sure that gentle finger-wag is making China and Russia shake in their jackboots right now. Arguing that those two pits should help stop the violence is as absurd as our meeting with Iran and Syria to discuss how to help Iraq. Or for that matter, maybe we should have just had a conversation with Hitler about how to stop that weird, inexplicable genocide of Jews in the German ‘work camps.’ Surely, the Nazis must want to help them survive. Why wouldn’t they?

China doesn’t ‘just’ send weapons to the Islamist tyrants in Khartoum, btw. They also happen to financially support that corrupt, terrorist supporting nation:

Oil topped Hu’s agenda in Sudan, the most controversial stop for the Chinese leader. Hu sidestepped the issue of Darfur in his talks with Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, and instead promised to cancel US$80 million in Sudanese debt to China, construct a new US$1.15 billion, 758-kilometer-long railway line linking Khartoum with Port Sudan and provide a US$13 million interest-free loan to construct a new presidential palace.

Al-Bashir and Hu signed seven agreements in all, including a US$4.48 million humanitarian aid assistance grant for Darfur. [Ha! Now that’s a joke–this is nothing more than cover for moving millions more into the coffers of the Islamists, without any expectation of accountability to the Western world.–ed].

While in Khartoum, Hu visited the 100,000-barrel-a-day Khartoum oil refinery near the village of Aljaili, just north of the capital, in which the China National Petroleum Corp has a 50 percent stake. Since 2000, Chinese investment in Sudanese oil production and pipelines has allowed the country’s crude output to rise more than 500,000 barrels a day, with Sudan now supplying China with about 8 percent of its oil. [That increase in output means more money, which is used to fund Islamist terror and expansion, which the Sudanese government itself can be defined as representing.–ed.]

Why do the Chinese and Russians do this? Because chaos and distraction in the Western world means America and Britain are preoccupied and our economies tied up as we try to fend off death-cult zombies while China and Russia pool their resources to develop space weapons, control space exploration and beat us in establishing a moon base.

It is increasingly clear to me that the United States will either fall into the trap of believing it’s own awful publicity around the world; or go it alone. We must wake up to the fact that we are the good guys. Yes, we can claim it, because it is true. What I fear is happening is that Americans are falling into a malaise..once again sleeping as the true evil walks the globe quietly building its army of weapons and economic power. Russia and China we continue to not only take from us from one hand and bite us on the other..but abuse its own people to do so. Wake up America. I fear 9-11 was only the first warning; terror can befell this country in so many ways and sneak upon us so quickly..Did we just hit the snooze on 9-12 and fall back asleep? Keep ringing that alarm Tammy, and those of us who have remained awake will continue to call out for what is right.

And this from two members of the Security Council with veto power in the Anti-American League of Nations… We should rightfully explain to these fine examples of Marxist success that we are the de facto leader of the Free World & their support for murdering savages will be widely exposed.
